Commercial Mortgage Referral Fees

Sumex Business Financing would like to acknowledge the referral that was received by our Commercial Mortgage Team.   Our team of experts will work towards providing your referral with the best mortgage financing possible.  In appreciation of receiving a new client you may be entitled to a referral fee.

Sumex Business Financing agrees to pay you ("Referral Source") Referral Fees with respect to clients referred to Sumex Business Financing by the Referral Source.  Referral Fees shall be paid on all revenue earned and received from the Referred Client for a period of 12 months after the date of the initial referral of the Referred Client to Sumex Business Financing.

Referral Fees are 10% of earned and received revenue.  Referral Fees shall be paid on the month end following receipt of the revenue or sooner as agreed between the parties.

Regarding the payment of Referral Fees, Sumex Business Financing will ensure compliance with the Alberta Real Estate Act Rules (s. 67 and s. 69).
